The Andrew Jeri Company has been in business since 1941. This is and always has been a family-owned and operated business. The founder of the company was Andrew Jeri Acerra, the original inventor of the Maskoid® products. Mr. Acerra held the original patent for the products and utilized them in his own artwork up until his death in 1998.
Maskoid® is a registered trademark of the Andrew Jeri Company, Incorporated.
The company is currently owned by Andrew J. Acerra, son of the founder. Andrew believes strongly in maintaining the integrity of the company. As a result, he continues to do business “the old fashioned way” following the motto, “The customer is always right!”
A graphic and airbrush artist, taxidermist and photographer himself, Andrew makes it his goal to see that the Maskoid® products continue to provide customers with the highest quality results in their watercolor, photographic, and silk screening endeavors.
In his spare time, Andrew, an accomplished pilot, has traveled to art shows and visited galleries throughout the country to share his products and ideas with other artists.
